Refunds

Most of our products at The Gilded Dragonfly are produced on demand as in we do not carry any inventory. Because our products are produced/printed on demand we can not offer a refund except for circumstances of a manufacture defect or damage from shipping and we are unable to first exchange the item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@gildeddragonfly.shop.
